At the Ticket Counter
Present your membership card or photo ID to a Visitor Services Associate and let them know how many guest passes you need to redeem. They will print a paper copy of the passes you can use that day.
Through the member portal
Make an account on our member portal and you can issue to use your guest passes yourself! Follow the instructions below or look at this PDF.
Over the phone
Call us at (619) 685-5713 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and we can issue your guest passes. We will email you PDF of the passes. Your tickets also will appear in your eMembership Card app.
