Starting July 2024, every third Sunday of the month we will open an hour earlier for members only. This will include:

• Additional Gallery time from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 
• Members only Ball Pool time from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. 
• Members exclusive Studio X time 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. 
• Special science demos in the Great Hall 

Plus use your membership to see an exclusive 10 a.m. film in the Heikoff Giant Dome theater 

October 20 at 10 a.m.—Great Bear Rainforest

On Canada's remote Pacific coast, indigenous youth are coming together to continue to protect the region. Journey to a land of grizzlies to see the rarest bear on Earth, the all-white spirit bear, in Great Bear Rainforest!

November 17 at 10 a.m.—Everest

Make an inspirational and harrowing ascent of the world's tallest mountain with a team of four international climbers who find hope, beauty and triumph in the wake of tragedy in Everest. Discover how Mount Everest was formed, how high altitude challenges a climber's physical and mental capabilities, and how Sherpa culture and tradition permeate the Mount Everest experience.  

December 15 at 10 a.m.—Island of Lemurs

Witness scientists help protect the highly endangered and diverse species of lemurs in the remote and wondrous world of Madagascar in Island of Lemurs. Meet the well-known Ring-tailed lemur, the extremely rare Greater Bamboo Lemur,  and the smallest primate in the world, the Mouse lemur.
