Celebrate the Season at the Fleet

Join us for San Diego's largest holiday festival in beautiful Balboa Park on December 6 & 7, 2024!

Experience our hands-on, minds-on exhibitions, including Pause|Play, Illusions, Kid City and more. Get creative in our makerspace Studio X, featuring special holiday projects. Do some holiday shopping at the North Star Science Store, with gifts you won't find anywhere else, including cool science kits, bountiful books, scientifically amusing T-shirts and unusual stocking stuffers. 

This free, family-friendly event brings San Diegans together to enjoy the lights, the sounds, the attractions and the amazing food. Check the City of San Diego's December Nights webpage for the most up-to-date information regarding this fascinating event. 

The Fleet Science Center will be open from 12 noon–9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, December 6 & 7.

Regular admission prices apply before 5 p.m. each day.  

Starting at 5 p.m., admission to the exhibit gallery is free.
