Where and when should I drop off and pick up my child?

A Fleet staff member or volunteer will handle check in and check out. Please drop off children no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of class. A photo ID is required to pick up your child. Please pick up promptly at the end of class and be sure to plan extra time to find parking.

Are masks still required?

No. The Fleet and public youth programs are now mask optional. The Fleet regularly and frequently cleans and sanitizes classrooms to support an environment promoting good health for all. Visitors and program participants are welcome to wear masks if they choose.

May I look around the museum while my child is in class?

Parents, guardians, or others who are picking up and dropping off children attending our classes will not be able to access the Fleet's paid admission areas without purchasing admission. However, Fleet Members can always enjoy access to the exhibit galleries with their current membership pass.

Do I need to bring a snack?

Unless your child needs nourishment due to medical reasons, we don't anticipate they will need a snack for the class period.
